| Space: | 2 Bedrooms sleeping 4 Ground floor: Entrance porch, reception hall, dining kitchen with utility room, double bedroom 1st floor: Lounge (situated in 1st floor for view), twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Family bathroom on stair landing |
| Kitchen: | Oven and hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dryer, fully equipped kitchen (includes children’s cutlery). |
| Children’s equipment: | Travel cot (without bedding), high chair, children’s cutlery, some assorted toys and books |

| Parking: | On quiet street approximately 60 metres from cottage. Car may be temporary parked approx. 10 metres from cottage for unloading/ loading. |
